Why Do We Need Hermeneutics?

God's Word is perfect, but our ability to interpret it is not. Biblical hermeneutics gives us tools to understand what the text says, what it meant to the original readers, and what it means for us today.

The Three Pillars of Interpretation

Every good Bible study rests on three questions: What does the text say? What does it mean? How do I apply it? This process is called observation, interpretation, and application.

Context Is Everything

A text without context is a pretext. We must always ask: Who wrote this? To whom? When? Why? The answers transform our reading.
